Front Desk Attendant/ConciergePay rate: $18.00 per hour Location: Willow Grove, PA Schedule: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM - Friday, Saturday, Sunday Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be an Ambassador for Cardinal Point Security Group: Be on time. Look sharp in proper uniform. Be engaged. Be consistent.
- Reports on time to relieve officer on prior shift
- Performs tours of the building on a scheduled basis
- Ensures that all exterior and interior doors are locked as required
- Reports on any maintenance issue for building services personnel
- Observes and reports unusual or suspicious activities
- Completes all required reports on time nightly and record them at the end of each shift
- Must be in company issued uniform at all times
- Interacts with guests, staff, and residents in a courteous manner
- Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment
- Promptly answers telephone calls with a polite and courteous manner.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of post-secondary school work experience
- Must have at least two years of working experience as a Security Officer
- Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps)
- Ability to comprehend and utilize the English Language (verbal and written)
- Reliable means of transportation
- Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
- Completes a criminal background check
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others
- Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, and fellow team members
