We collaborate closely with external vendors and leverage Sephora's cutting-edge internal capabilities to create campaigns that span broadcast, triggered, and transactional messaging. In this role you will lead mobile messaging marketing channels and operations. Channels include mobile messaging on Sephora properties, including app push and SMS and ideating the next phase of mobile messaging to ensure a seamless client experience and to meet primary KPIs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Retention Marketing, you will work closely with internal and external partners delivering results that are highly visible and critical to revenue & traffic for Sephora. You'll be part of a high-performing Digital Marketing center of excellence, partnering with your teammates that own email programs, and other digital marketing channels.In addition, you will:

The annual base salary range for this position is $174,675.00- $195,225.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
