• Innovate & Collaborate: Stay ahead of industry trends and work closely with senior leadership to deliver outstanding outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Track Record of Success: Demonstrated excellence in launching and operating senior living communities, with proven lease-up achievements.
• Leadership Mastery: A strong leader who leads by example and elevates those around them.
• Operational Expertise: Skilled in all aspects of senior living management—clinical, financial, regulatory, and hospitality.
• Connector & Communicator: Able to foster community trust and engagement.
• Education & Licensing:
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred)
• Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (TX)
