The Head of Macquarie Asset Management Technology Project Management Office will initially focus on the Margo transition, then lead other projects as assigned.

What role will you play?The position will act as the technology project management lead, building a strong Project Management Office (PMO) and leading the project management of one or multiple large, complex M&A transition technology workstreams or sub-workstreams. You will collaborate closely with other workstreams/sub-workstreams, implementing efficiencies that meet or exceed financial expectations, and developing and governing program and portfolio management processes, dashboards, and templates aligned with policies and metrics. This role will monitor projects, programs, and portfolios to ensure compliance with policies and standards, timeliness, budgets, and quality expectations. You will champion technology excellence, practice, and innovative technologies to automate, simplify, and innovate the technology landscape.
Salary range: $240,000 - $295,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, role duration, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and location. An annual discretionary incentive may also be available.
