The Operations Manager (OPM) oversees all operations related to snow removal and landscaping services, supporting the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include managing service delivery, personnel, equipment, and schedules to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support service delivery, fulfillment operations, and client communication
- Oversee fleet management, maintenance, and repairs
- Handle purchasing for materials, subcontractors, and fleet needs
- Coordinate schedules and ensure fleet readiness
- Supervise field staff, including fleet supervisors, production managers, and field supervisors
- Maintain safety, quality, and professional standards on-site and in personnel grooming
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass security background checks
