What You'll Do:
Oversee client relationships as a strategic advisor, guiding problem-solving discussions and providing top-tier client services.Demonstrate the value of The Trade Desk to clients by offering innovative solutions that meet their needs and our business goals.Lead key agency client meetings in collaboration with business development and trading teams.Develop trusting, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Develop and track portfolio-specific goals aligned with the company's vision and values.Engage in product development by identifying solutions that address clients' business objectives and liaising with the product team.Coach a team of Traders, managing their daily activities, motivating, setting expectations, and developing future leaders.Manage team bandwidth, support accounts, and report progress to management.Collaborate effectively with other leaders to solve business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and improve organizational efficiency.Who You Are:
An effective client-facing leader skilled in building relationships and leading an agile team. You possess excellent communication, strategic, and leadership skills, capable of managing client relationships and leading Traders.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 in management.
- Experience in developing and managing client relationships.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large accounts.
- Strong management, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships, including with executive teams.
- Effective in fast-paced environments with excellent time management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aspiring to personal growth and team development.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
