Kenny Ross Ford South in Castle Shannon, PA is now hiring an Entry Level Automotive Service Advisor. We are a large, successful automotive group that has been serving and growing in the Western Pennsylvania area for more than sixty years. Customer satisfaction is out #1 priority.Job Duties:
- Accurately records information such as name, addresses, and article to be repaired, or service to be rendered.
- Communicates with customers regarding status changes in work orders; Sets proper service level expectations with customers.
- Prepares work order and distributes.
- Cross-sells upgrade parts to service customers when opportunity is presented.
- Calls or writes customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service.
- Relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments.
- Meet/greet customers in person or on phone
- Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports, etc.
