The Opportunity

Flywheel Digital seeks an experienced Senior Director, Commercial Growth, to lead revenue growth and strategic client partnerships within our enterprise accounts. This senior leadership role involves setting the commercial vision, influencing go-to-market strategies, and driving transformational growth, making our solutions vital to client success.

As part of our commercial leadership team, you will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, cultivate executive relationships, and collaborate with Product, Client Services, and Marketing to align client and company outcomes. You will shape our enterprise value proposition and digital commerce strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Define the long-term commercial vision for the enterprise segment, aligning revenue targets with organizational and market opportunities.
  • Achieve and surpass revenue, growth, and retention goals by identifying and closing high-value opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior executives, acting as a strategic advisor and Flywheel ambassador.
  • Develop and implement multi-year account plans for key clients, integrating solutions into their digital transformation efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Client Services to deliver integrated solutions and organizational alignment.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Represent Flywheel at industry events and client forums, staying ahead of market trends to anticipate client needs.
  • Optimize commercial processes, promote best practices, and maximize the use of Salesforce and analytics tools.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or strategy within Digital Commerce, SaaS, or digital services, including leadership roles.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategies that drive revenue and client impact at scale.
  • Experience building relationships with C-suite executives in Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, and Client Services.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership experience in building and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.

This position is eligible for commissions.

Flywheel is committed to fair and equitable compensation. Actual packages depend on skills, experience, certifications, and location.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 USD
