Acumatica is hiring ERP Implementation Consultants for our services team!
What you'll do:
The Implementation Consultant plans and manages all aspects of Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations. Working with Acumatica resellers, the IC acts as a key advisor, product advocate, and project implementation resource.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist partners with implementation discovery, project analysis, scope creation, proposal building, and Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Support partners by answering application questions, tracking issues, and resolving or escalating problems.
- Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, systems interfaces, checks, controls, and outputs.
- Collaborate with value-added resellers and sometimes work directly with end customers.
- Follow established implementation standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and client reports.
- Support solutions by managing issues, monitoring changes, and providing feedback.
- Assist partners in responding to functional requirements.
- Conduct product and technology presentations at events and seminars.
- Provide user training and documentation to support business partners.
- Offer feedback on business needs and challenges.
- Mentor new team members as needed.
- Complete administrative tasks such as timecards and project updates.
Note: This is a remote position, with occasional travel up to 25%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, Business Technology, or related.
- 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, including business consulting and project management.
- Experience in construction industry ERP systems is preferred.
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience with business software and SQL Server.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in business software.

Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 annually, with potential bonuses and incentives based on performance.
