Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - Coffee is a key member of the MCCS FP&A team, providing financial analysis and insights to support the MCCS Business Unit. The team manages the P&L for the BU and collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to drive business growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Marketing and Sales to forecast demand and analyze market share
• Collaborating with Revenue Management on pricing and promotional strategies
• Analyzing supply constraints' impact on P&L and market share
• Reviewing full P&L performance, including operational costs and productivity
• Supporting financial planning routines and KPI monitoring
• Preparing reporting packages with insights and efficiency improvements
• Leading forecast submissions with the Central FP&A team
• Driving process improvements in FP&A routines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• At least 2 years of finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or Essbase is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $88,000 - $110,000, plus performance bonus. Benefits include healthcare, wellness programs, 401(k), and more, tailored to support diverse employee needs.
