• Familiar with online plan take-offs.
• Good customer service skills.
• Bilingual a plus (strong English).
• Estimating knowledge, excellent follow-through, and closing skills.

Frank & Son Paving's scope of work includes: Earthwork, grading & compaction of subgrade/base, asphalt overlay/patching, minor concrete, seal coating, guard top seal, seal and sand finish, installation of speed bumps, car wheel stops, ADA compliance, residential driveways, commercial parking lots, street overlays/repairs, and resurfacing.
