Job DescriptionAs Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role on the ground, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and trade coordination are flawlessly executed. This is a high-performance team, and you'll be part of a project with national visibility.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for large-scale ground-up data center construction
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and safety on-site
- Enforce project compliance with safety, quality, and procedural standards
- Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, clients, and internal project teams
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers and senior leadership
- Ensure milestones are met with a focus on safety and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant- Proven Leadership: Candidates must have successfully led field operations on large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
- Data Center Experience: Senior-level candidates must have experience managing data center projects valued at $250M or more.
- Strong MEP Background: For mid-level candidates without data center experience, strong experience in MEP-heavy projects such as hospitals or life sciences is required.
- General Contractor Background: Candidates must come from a general contracting background.
- Willingness to Travel: This is a travel role for a project based in Iowa, with an 18-24 month duration. Candidates must be available to be onsite by early July.
