Job Description

Job Summary/Purpose:

The IT Consultant – Test Lead is responsible for designing, standardizing, and overseeing the Customer's IT Test Methodology, utilizing the HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Quality Center/Performance Center platform. The role includes serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for test and deployment processes, defining standards, and translating project significance into testing and deployment plans.

The Test Lead establishes project reporting standards and metrics, overseeing communication with project teams, IT leadership, and stakeholders. The role requires experience in applying test methodologies within the SDLC framework and industry best practices.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Act as the primary SME for the application lifecycle and test management tools, including:

• Designing and implementing testing strategies
• Ensuring operational readiness for deployment

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degrees are a plus.

Experience: At least 7+ years leading application or infrastructure projects, with 3+ years working with HP ALM QC/PC or similar platforms supporting structured testing methodologies.

Certifications: ISTQB certification is advantageous.
