    JOB SUMMARY:

    Seeking a highly skilled OTM Technical Leader to participate in full lifecycle Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The role involves technical and functional expertise in OTM, coordinating with development teams to support logistics and transportation operations, and possibly working with OTM's Fleet module. The candidate should excel in building business relationships, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting system deployment. Responsibilities include system design, implementation, and support of Oracle Transportation Management solutions.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Analyze business requirements to ensure solutions meet needs
  • Create design documents and develop integration strategies for OTM
  • Configure OTM, including designing user agents and system enhancements
  • Develop functional specifications and test scenarios
  • Collaborate with business teams and project members to ensure timely implementation
  • Design and develop reports and product extensions as needed
  • Support business process changes and system migrations
  • Provide production support and resolve incidents
  • Develop and implement innovative business solutions and process improvements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Technical expertise in Oracle Transportation Management, including configuration, workflow design, integration, reporting, and performance tuning
  • Experience with custom extensions, SQL, Java, Weblogic, Oracle Database, and related technologies
  • Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting or implementing OTM modules
