About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Personal Training Director to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As a leader in the fitness industry, we are dedicated to helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals. The successful candidate will lead our personal training teams across our DuPont, Yelm, Spanaway, Milton, and Gem Heights locations.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personal training programs and initiatives
- Recruit, train, and mentor personal trainers
- Ensure high quality of personal training services and customer satisfaction
- Manage and monitor personal training revenue and expenses
- Collaborate with club managers to drive personal training sales and retention
Requirements:
- 5+ years of personal training experience
- Current personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving personal training sales
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
