Job Description :

Manage Events Services in accordance with ARAMARK's standardized program to meet or exceed client expectations, while staying within established budget guidelines.

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and organize the implementation of the ARAMARK Events Services program in accordance with ARAMARK standardized procedures. Carry out the standardized ARAMARK work procedures and processes to ensure effective delivery of Events Services.
  • Continuously improve the working efficiency and Events Services programs based on QPE results and action plans. Address and correct highly visible quality issues promptly.
  • Manage routines and plan daily Events services, focusing on significant conference reception and support, including emergency preparedness.
  • Conduct safety training to enhance safety awareness and provide a safe workplace.
  • Train and develop supervisors and staff following ARAMARK Job Skill Training (JST) and Job Skill Review (JSR) programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Maintain good internal communication and collaboration, with a problem-solving approach to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish effective communication with clients to meet or exceed their requirements.
  • Provide financial forecasts, monitor spending, and ensure departmental budgets are met or exceeded within guidelines.
  • Enhance team building, manage staffing, and oversee the performance of subordinates.
  • Qualifications
  • Education: College degree or above. Majors in Journalism and Communication, Public Relations, or Marketing are preferred.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of banquet managerial experience in a Five-Star hotel or relevant administrative experience in a large enterprise.
  • Vocational Qualifications: Familiarity with relevant professional knowledge and operation standards, as well as enterprise management SOPs.
  • Computer & Language Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CET-4 or above; oral proficiency preferred.
  • Competencies: Customer service orientation, ability to work under pressure, strong planning and leadership skills, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility.
