Research, design, and implement HRIS workflowsIdentify opportunities for improvement of HRIS proceduresDrive efforts for self-service functionalityPerform regular audits to ensure data integrityProvide training to new users and act as a resource for questionsDevelop and distribute documentation and user guidesWork cross-functionally with other teams to provide HRIS and data solutionsSalary Range: $150-175k annually, based on experienceExcellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO and 401(k) with matching!Skills and Qualifications
