As a network, OMG must ensure its local and global team members are integrating and connecting with digital at the heart of what we do and how we do it.A critical part of that integration will revolve around the consistent application or technology to enable better, faster decisions for our teams and clients. The Global Digital Associate Director role is a key member of the global team, and our global community of 300+ global PHD employees who touch the business in their 50+ countries.We're looking for a self-starter with deep digital media expertise and passionate about learning and contributing in a global capacity. As part of the global knowledge digital team, you will have the unique opportunity to support digital transformation across 50+ countries, inspiring and encouraging markets to take risks, be bold, and exceed expectations. You will also partner with our regional and local digital teams to ensure that we are driving global client priorities and PHD initiatives while understanding local needs and nuance.This role will be dynamic and visible, helping evangelize the client's vision in markets. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of robust digital marketing and account management experience. Global experience is highly desirable but global curiosity is more important. This person is collaborative, poised, flexible, organized, a natural at diplomacy, and can adopt different communication styles in different situations across levels, functions, and borders. Previous experience on CPG and/or managing a broad portfolio of brands, both big and small is helpful.ResponsibilitiesKey Lead Responsibilities
- Advancement of digital capabilities via global integration and connectivity
- Global collection and sharing of learnings, best practices and thought leadership
- Go-to digital knowledge expert for local markets in partnership with Director of Integration and Digital Transformation
- Resource for global and digital clients
- Key contributor to cross-functional collaboration at global level - Active contributor to PHD global network The role consists of two intertwined focus areas: Digital Excellence
- Together with Director of Integration and Digital Transformation, co-lead digital best practice and playbook as it relates to channel activation, brand safety, and digital inventory buy strategy
- Support progression of local market digital data capabilities and audience development, connecting digital community across markets
- Facilitate rapid prototyping across channels, versed in measurement possibilities, alphas/betas, and historical learnings
- Foster cross-share of learnings and thought leadership internally and externally Integration Excellence
- Serve as digital knowledge resource for local teams together with Director of Integration and Digital Transformation
- Identify what global core vendors we should have a strong relationship with to ensure opportunities for first to market tests, strategic partnership continues (beyond JBP vendors)
- Day-to-day lead on legal protocols and policies related to partnerships/influencers
- Develop detailed tracking on Influencer and Integrated Media Partnership programs, for audit, use case, and case study purposes - Aggregate Regional JBP's and establishes quarterly business review frequency and agenda
Qualifications
- Rich understanding of digital media landscape, and robust hands-on experience around strategy and activation principles with desired focus on social, programmatic, and/or other online advertising/partnership opportunities; search knowledge a bonus but not required
- Cross-functional collaboration across marketing disciplines, e.g., strategy, marketing science, activation – knows how to “connect the dots” across workstreams and motivate team to deliver promised results
- Familiarity with digital measurement solutions and testing methodology
- Experience managing workflow and product across a large global network or multiple layers of stakeholders
- Proactivity in identifying new opportunities to advance digital excellence
- Comfort with navigating ambiguity and translation into actionable steps – whether that be process, problems, new technology, etc.
- Experience across both brand and performance marketing preferred
- Comfort with juggling multiple priorities and corresponding project management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Stays abreast of industry trends; not only reads the trades, but also has a POV
- Proven track record of working closely with other agency partners such as creative, influencer, and shopper agencies
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$70,000—$120,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
