Job Description

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• Experience in developing IT or business rule policies and procedures, including:
• Gap Analysis
• Identifying processes for improvement
• Process documentation
• Designing and developing new processes and performance measures
• Transition planning for new processes
• Experience in process engineering and standards management
• Experience creating and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013 sites
• Previous leadership experience in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of quality assurance and control tools, techniques, and ideologies
• Excellent communication skills
