Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Assemblers & Material Handlers for a manufacturing facility in Devens. This weekend shift from 6 am to 6:30 pm Fri-Sun opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced production environment, assembling components and managing materials to support manufacturing operations. ResponsibilitiesAssemble products according to specifications and quality standards.Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.Inspect assembled parts for defects and ensure accuracy.Handle and transport materials within the facility as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.Qualifications6 months of experience in assembly or material handling Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.Willingness to work a weekend shift schedule.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting while working a compressed schedule.
