Acute Registered Nurse - NICU Full-Time | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit MLR Healthcare is partnering with a respected health system to recruit a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this role, you will provide specialized care to critically ill newborns, collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team, and offer support to families. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to critically ill newborns using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Conduct frequent assessments, monitor vital signs, and perform necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care.
- Provide education and emotional support to parents and families on neonatal care and conditions.
Acute Registered Nurse - NICU Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- CPR-BCLS certification (required before orientation completion).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required before orientation completion).
- STABLE program certification (required before orientation completion).
