Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Miami. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and supporting our overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate is results-driven, analytical, and confident in communicating with executives and decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with business solutions
- Track and report key performance metrics related to lead generation and sales activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
