Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute incentive programs to motivate providers and improve clinical outcomes and reimbursement revenue.
  • Set and track objectives, and implement strategies to optimize reimbursement and maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Analyze large datasets related to reimbursement, claims, and payer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with finance, billing, coding, and clinical teams to develop reimbursement strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Reimbursement or Healthcare Finance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement regulations.
