Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute incentive programs to motivate providers and improve clinical outcomes and reimbursement revenue.
- Set and track objectives, and implement strategies to optimize reimbursement and maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Analyze large datasets related to reimbursement, claims, and payer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with finance, billing, coding, and clinical teams to develop reimbursement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Reimbursement or Healthcare Finance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of reimbursement regulations.
