We are seeking candidates with 10+ years of experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction of drinking water and wastewater-related projects. This position requires experience with project management or the desire to grow into a project management role. Experience managing interdisciplinary teams to effectively meet client needs is essential. Responsibilities include project management, assessment and design report preparation, performing design calculations, equipment sizing/selection, preparing construction documents, and supporting construction management and commissioning. Fieldwork and site visits from planning through construction may be required, with occasional travel.

The candidate should be capable of supervising junior staff, managing projects, and leading business development activities, including proposal and presentation preparation. The role involves significant client development and management in our Cincinnati office, with opportunities for growth supported by our local office and firm-wide resources.

Requirements

• 10 – 15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment facilities planning, design, and construction
• Proficiency in all MS Office software
• Project management experience required
• Excellent English communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills

Educational Requirements

• BS Degree in environmental, civil, or mechanical engineering
• Current PE license required (Ohio preferred or ability to obtain reciprocity within six months)
