Ardurra is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Central Region team in Corpus Christi, TX. We are a multidisciplinary civil engineering services firm providing tailored solutions to public and private sector clients, leveraging professional expertise to deliver innovative infrastructure projects that positively impact communities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage budgets and schedules for multiple water/wastewater projects, including treatment plants.
- Serve as the Engineer of Record and technical lead for projects.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and negotiate revisions as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee project teams and allocate resources.
- Prepare and review technical specifications and cost estimates.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and oversee field activities.
- Assist in project pursuits and proposal development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
