What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, Technology) to meet business objectives by leveraging relationships, aligning resources, clarifying priorities, and driving deliverables in line with corporate goals. Provide leadership to resolve conflicts, mitigate impacts, and ensure timely achievement of key objectives.
- Develop and lead strategic processes by partnering with senior leadership to evaluate and improve existing procedures, ensure compliance, and address trends through training and process enhancements.
- Manage compensation initiatives by understanding market problems, designing attractive programs, and working with Supply Chain leadership to adapt compensation strategies accordingly.
- Drive multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, removing barriers, measuring performance, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Promote company policies, ethics, and values through training, direction, and ensuring compliance, while supporting an open-door policy.
- Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of initiatives, gather feedback from stakeholders, and participate in community outreach to meet business needs.
What you'll bring
- Experience in compensation within supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, and experience with Dataiku.
- Ability to simplify complex compensation topics for executives and present confidently.
- Certified Compensation Professional.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field plus 3 years' experience in HR, compensation, or finance, OR 5 years' relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Compensation Professional, HR certification, Master's degree, supervisory experience in international business or HR.
