The Test & Evaluation Data Resource Manager plays acrucial role in the Defense industry by ensuring the effective management and utilization of test and evaluation data throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker who will oversee the collection, storage, analysis, and dissemination of data related to testing and evaluation processes for defense systems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders at multiple test sites to establish a strategy for data management tools and processes that enhance decision-making and support rigorous evaluation standards. As a key player in our organization, you will lead initiatives to refine data collection methodologies. Your expertise will help to drive innovation and improve the reliability and performance of defense systems under development. The role demands a proactive leader with strong analytical skills and an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
