Veterinary Hospital Manager - Portland, OR

Looking to lead a quality team of veterinary professionals in a busy successful practice in Portland, OR? Look no further than Sorrento Animal Hospital! We're looking for an experienced Hospital Manager to join our team. Our caring knowledgeable doctors and staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality veterinary care and customer service. The right candidate will also share our commitment to provide exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The Hospital Manager's role in collaboration with the Regional Manager is to maximize the productivity, profitability, and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.

Responsibilities of the Hospital Manager include but are not limited to:

• Operational oversight of our hospital including leadership team of technicians and receptionists.
• Managing financial and business development of the practice including managing a budget and key performance indicators.
• Overseeing client care & ensuring client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
• Experience with daily management of revenues, inventory, and payroll.
