Finance ManagerThe Leonardo seeks a Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the protection of assets and timely financial reporting. The role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

Details:

  • Pay Rate: $50,000 to $60,000
  • Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Reports to: Director of Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general ledger reporting and financial management
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable in QuickBooks Online
  • Support staff with finance-related inquiries
  • Manage cash flow and vendor contracts
  • Ensure internal control compliance
  • Coordinate with HR on payroll and benefits
  • Collaborate on budgets and financial planning
  • Work with CPA on audits and reports
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and contributions
  • Assist with financial reports and variance analysis
  • Support annual audit processes
  • Oversee 1099 payments and fulfillment
  • Support hospitality payment processes
  • Track KPIs and perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years non-profit accounting experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of non-profit accounting standards and compliance
  • Strong communication, detail orientation, and professionalism
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team
