Core Duties And Responsibilities
- Process customer orders in a calm, reassuring, and professional manner that promotes the company's customer-centered philosophy.
- Follow appropriate system suggestions on additional product options.
- Accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.
- Handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to callers' needs while navigating internal systems and providing resolutions using existing policies, supporting the customer-centered philosophy.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while meeting performance expectations.
- Seek accurate and complete information for callers in each situation.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work.
- Show flexibility to meet business needs, including overtime or delayed breaks.
- Attendance at 2 onsite days per week is essential.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in a call center environment.
- 2+ years experience providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and articulately.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
