What you'll do

• Apply analytics skills to define data capabilities and empower users with insights.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to create reliable, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions with excellent user experience.
• Develop and enhance products by building roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer insights, and managing process discipline playbooks.
• Define vision and strategies for the product team, using domain expertise and best practices to mature process discovery.
• Build relationships with key partners, driving priorities aligned with business goals and communicating effectively.
• Analyze business objectives and customer needs to provide strategic direction.
• Create a collaborative team environment to solve problems effectively.

The annual salary range is $110,000 - $220,000, with additional performance bonuses and possibly stock options depending on the role.

Minimum Qualifications

Outlined below are the minimum qualifications:

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 7 years' experience in product management or related roles at a tech-driven company.
• Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related roles at a tech-driven company.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area, with 6 years' experience in backend platforms or complex B2B/C products, especially with data-driven decision-making, analytics, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive tech). Knowledge of creating accessible digital experiences and inclusive design is highly valued.
