We're looking for an experienced Block Plant Manager to lead operations at our CMU, paver, and SRW manufacturing plant in Maine's scenic lakes region. You'll oversee production, ensure quality control, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement. Experience with block/paver machines (Columbia, Besser, Hess, etc.) is essential.

Block plant experience required: Columbia, Tiger, Besser, Hess or other Block/Paver Machine experience a plus.

Required Skills:

• Experience manufacturing block and pavers.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electronics and programmable controllers
• Knowledge of ASTM standards for manufactured concrete products
• Associates degree and/or 3+ years in a leadership role in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures
• Ability to train and instruct employees
