Position ObjectiveThis position leads the strategic direction and oversight of the company's HR functions, including workforce planning, talent management, compensation, compliance, and organizational culture.   • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Advise executive leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and cultural initiatives.
  • Lead enterprise-wide talent management, performance systems, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Mentor HR team and build functional capabilities.
  • Lead major organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to employment law and industry trends.
  • Collaborate across departments to align HR support with business needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years in HR with 3+ in executive leadership.
  • Track record in strategy development and enterprise HR leadership.
  • Expertise in employment law, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing HR across multi-location operations.

The individual in this position will interact regularly with employees and managers in other departments and locations at Jack Doheny Company. Receiving and reacting to directions other than from your immediate supervisor will be required periodically. Conversely, there will also be time when the person in this position must give direction to others.
