The Parking Services Manager plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates parking operations for HH Health Security Services Department. These operations also include security, fire prevention, patient transport, courier services, and fleet services. Duties include the daily operations and the management for the performance of department frontline leaders and other assigned staff. The Manager must be a strong leader who can provide guidance to all reporting employees to enhance the protection of HH Health and ensure adequate and fair parking for staff and customers.

QualificationsMinimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:Education/Certification:High School diploma or GED required. Degree in law enforcement or business related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Must have the following within the specified timeframe:Heart Saver CPR certification (within 90 days):
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years supervisory in a comparable security, law enforcement or parking operation. Experience in health care setting preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly. Excellent customer service and communication skills needed with the ability to enforce policies in an assertive, yet courteous manner. Must possess some computer skills with ability to use word processing and spreadsheet applications.
