Manager SOX - MMBL

Leading and overseeing a company's (SOX) compliance program, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing internal controls.

What does the Manager SOX - MMBL do?
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify design deficiencies in internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Develop and design robust and efficient controls to address identified deficiencies and mitigate associated risks.
  • Finalize remediation plans in coordination with process owners to embed controls within the respective processes.
  • Design, document, and execute testing procedures to assess the effectiveness of controls.
  • Ensure integration of controls within relevant policy, procedures, and manuals.
  • Maintain and update ICFR documentation, including control descriptions and risk matrices with a focus on strict compliance with information produced by entity (IPE) requirement of SOX.
  • Ensure timely completion of SOX compliance deadlines.
  • Analysis of reports issued by different lines of defense for potential SOX implications.
  • Communicate effectively with management, control owners, and external auditors regarding ICFR and SOX compliance matters.

  • Hold a ACCA / CA / CA Finalist / MBA degree from a reputable institution.
  • Preferably have at least 4 years' experience in a related field.
