Key Responsibilities: - Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and payments. - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously. - Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift. - Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. - Prepare and distribute daily reports on hotel occupancy and financial performance. - Ensure the security and safety of the hotel premises during the night. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or accounting is a plus. - Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Proficient in using hotel management software and basic accounting systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
