Hours are between 7am-1am. Desired Length of Employment: Fall/Ongoing Pay Rate: $8/hr Job Description: The Brooks College Office Assistant (OA) position works the front desk of the residential college and meets all community needs. Assigned tasks include cleaning the desk, checking in/out materials to residents, assisting faculty that office in the area, assessing door alarms, ensuring the common area spaces are cleaned, servicing the coffee cart, and being a friendly face to the residents! Hours are flexible and self-scheduled at the start of each semester in a team meeting. Both Brooks residents and non-Brooks residents are invited to apply!
- Provide general office assistance and support
- Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
- Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
- Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
