Job Description Gpac is partnered with a leader in the equipment industry to hire a Parts Specialist their company!This individual will be the voice of the company providing exceptional customer service to the equpment industry. They will be responsible for taking customer orders while providing accurate answers to customers' questions and helping them find a solution to meet their needs. Parts Specialist Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Use their knowledge of agriculture equipment to help find solutions to customer needs
- Correctly identify parts and order as needed
Parts Specialist Requirements:
- Well-rounded knowledge of heavy and forestry equipment
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Forklift experience a plus
