The Opportunity

Flywheel Digital seeks an experienced and visionary Senior Director, Commercial Growth, to lead revenue acceleration and cultivate long-term client partnerships within our strategic enterprise accounts. This high-visibility leadership role involves setting the commercial vision, influencing go-to-market strategies, and driving transformational growth to make our solutions essential to client success.

As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will mentor and develop a high-performing team, foster executive relationships, and collaborate with Product, Client Services, and Marketing leaders to shape client and company outcomes. You will also contribute to refining our enterprise value proposition and digital commerce strategies.

What You Will Do:
  • Define the long-term commercial vision for the enterprise segment, aligning revenue targets with organizational and market opportunities.
  • Achieve and surpass revenue, growth, and retention goals by identifying and closing complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior executives, acting as a strategic advisor and Flywheel ambassador.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans for key clients, embedding Flywheel solutions within their digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions and ensure organizational alignment.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and business insights to leadership, leveraging data for strategic decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Flywheel at industry events and client forums, staying ahead of digital commerce trends to anticipate client needs.
  • Optimize processes, promote best practices, and champion the use of Salesforce and analytics to maximize results.
Who You Are:
  • 10+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial strategy within Digital Commerce, SaaS, or digital services, including leadership of senior sales or account teams.
  • Proven ability to craft and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and client impact.
  • Strong track record of building C-suite relationships and influencing decision-making in Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to drive alignment across departments.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging executive audiences effectively.

This position is commission eligible.

Flywheel is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, certifications, and location.

Salary Range

$125,000 - $150,000 USD
