Lakeland Central School District is seeking a Secretary to School Principal. Candidate must hold the civil service title of Secretary to School Principal or Secretary to School Administrator. This position performs executive secretarial services for an elementary school principal. This position requires a full range of computer skills to produce correspondence, records, reports, files, and uses computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, email and database software in performing work assignments. The position also requires the frequent use of independent judgement in the application of prescribed methods and procedures where policies have already been established. Thorough knowledge of the responsibilities of an executive secretary is required. Hours are M-F 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
