Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer with a strong technical background and sales skills to drive business growth. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and working to meet FY2025 revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop product and service knowledge.
  • Identify and engage potential customers and understand their technical needs.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Collaborate on business strategies.
  • Work with engineering teams to customize solutions.
  • Assist with technical inquiries and post-sales support.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 4-8 years in technical sales, preferably in Pumps or Compressors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel.
Work Arrangements

Hybrid, with travel in Northern India as needed.
