Our platform is used by top portfolio managers, fund advisors, and institutional investors to analyze performance, uncover market trends, and make smarter capital allocation decisions.With rapid growth and increasing demand for automation and intelligence, we're hiring a Lead GenAI Data Engineer to own and scale AI integration across the entire platform.What You'll Do

• Design and build end-to-end GenAI pipelines (RAG, embeddings, vector search, summarization)
• Lead integration of LLM-driven features into core products (e.g., investment memo summarization, insight generation, intelligent search)
• Manage and scale vector database infrastructure (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to embed AI into user workflows
• Create scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines across structured and unstructured sources
• Serve as the internal SME for AI-driven architecture, tooling, and deployment best practices

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years in data engineering, MLOps, or applied AI
• Proven experience deploying LLM-based features in production (OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models)
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Deep experience with SQL and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on with vector DBs and retrieval pipelines (RAG)
• Ability to own architecture decisions, mentor others, and lead roadmap execution
• Interest or experience in financial data or private markets is a big plus

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in Fintech or asset management tech
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and feedback loops
• Knowledge of investment workflows or analytics in private equity/venture capital
• Exposure to tools like dbt, Airflow, Docker, Terraform
