This role will be fully onsite in Irving, TX.SummaryThe Brand Director will focus on supporting the field sales organization through marketing efforts, helping Biote transition from a pellet company primarily selling a platform to a precision medicine company offering a broader therapeutic wellness portfolio. This position requires a deep understanding of Biote provider needs and how to position key initiatives for field sales success through market research, messaging creation, and campaign/material development.Key success factors include knowledge of Biote's current and evolving business models, the ability to articulate and share real-world experience, a sense of urgency, collaboration, networking, and communication skills.As the Brand Director, you will:
- Be a knowledgeable authority on the audiences we support, such as physicians across multiple specialties, and the categories and industries in which we compete. Bring fresh, relevant perspectives to the work and build what's next.
- Lead cohesive brand activation plans, including advertising, product innovation campaigns, always-on marketing activities, brand partnerships, and cultural and entertainment extensions. Ensure consistent experiences across all audience touchpoints.
- Develop content strategies with internal teams and external agencies to enable brand advertising in partnership with Studio and agency partners.
- Advocate for brand marketing investments that create sustainable impact and business growth.
- Champion brand purpose, ensuring it is integrated into the definition of our brands and reflected in how our brands appear at every touchpoint.
- Provide innovative thinking and identify opportunities for brand diversification.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and the competitive landscape. Understand the current market and how to gain a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Participate in planning and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote our brand effectively.
- Develop relationships with key customers to refine marketing strategies and gather feedback on Biote messaging and direction.
- Be capable of creating and teaching the brand story to both internal teams and clients.
- Apply analytical skills to multiple data inputs to draw conclusions and set future initiatives.
- Participate in conferences, events, team calls, and educational webinars.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to drive revenue growth through recruiting, onboarding, and procedural growth of urology providers.
As the Brand Director, your background should include:
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing degree preferred)
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to serve as a resource for the home office organization.
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing, diverse marketing channels, goals, and metrics.
- A confident storyteller with leadership presence and social skills that authentically engage all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Strong understanding of our brand and its industry position.
- Working knowledge of marketing and/or public relations functions in a public company.
