RepRally is a VC-backed, technology startup based in New York City. At RepRally, we're building the ecosystem for wholesale commerce. RepRally unites brands, sales reps, and distributors into one platform. Our company is scaling exponentially and we're hiring key personnel across our early engineering and commercial teams. While we intentionally keep a low-profile, our nimble team consists of elite talent supported by leading vertical investors including Infinity Ventures, Indicator Ventures, Mu Ventures, and Clocktower Ventures.

We're seeking an elite individual contributor to join our Product & Engineering team to lead and execute product initiatives across our three-sided platform. You'll invent and work on gamified features that drive lead generation, cart curation, and orders on our mobile platform. This role is fully on-site in our Manhattan HQ.

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of engineering experience
• Preference for candidates with startup experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive large initiatives and define clear paths to complex requirements
• Create best practices in reviews, standards, and insights
• Architect and launch solutions for review flows and data provision
• Provide input on team roadmap and technical direction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adopt team goals
• Build efficient and scalable backend solutions

Technical Requirements:

• Experience in designing and building large-scale systems
• Technical leadership and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in backend server languages (Go/Ruby/Java/Kotlin)
• Expertise in storage systems like relational databases and NoSQL
