The Position: Head of Business Intelligence
We're looking for a Head of Business Intelligence to lead data-driven decision-making at Sunfish. This person will be responsible for analyzing business performance, pricing strategy, and key financial metrics to drive strategic growth. They will translate complex data into actionable insights, build financial and operational models, and work cross-functionally to optimize our business strategy.
This candidate has operational experience in a fast-moving fintech, insurtech, or similar company managing data and analytics, building risk models, identifying trends, pricing optimization, and forecasting. In addition, they will have the opportunity to bring strategic vision, analytical acumen, and a deep understanding of risk processes to manage and report risk exposure of the business.
This role is a senior position and critical to help scale the business with the leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced startup and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
