Job Description :

Concern Housing is seeking a Weekday Evening Counselor responsible for assisting the Service Coordinator in delivering direct services to clients and supporting the overall site operations. The counselor provides a range of services, including skills teaching, concrete service delivery, and counseling to clients.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Providing direct care services to clients.
  • Documenting client progress and related activities.
  • Monitoring the site, coordinating and participating in activities such as meal preparation, chores, recreational activities, and safety checks.
  • Providing rehabilitative support in daily living skills, health, and other areas as assigned.
  • Monitoring medication, conducting medication counts, and preparing medication sheets.
  • Assisting with client transportation.
  • Performing unit inspections and assisting residents in maintaining cleanliness.
  • Remaining current with all agency compliance documents and trainings.

    • Salary: $41,600/year

    Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in a similar role.
