Arc Health is seeking compassionate and mission-driven Advanced Practice Providers (PA or NP) to provide women s health exams, prenatal care, and outpatient primary care services in the heart of northwestern Minnesota at an HIS facility. This is an incredible opportunity to serve a Tribal community while working in a supportive and patient-centered environment.

Position Details:

  • Location: northwestern, MN
  • Commitment: Minimum 26 weeks, with an opportunity to extend
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, no call
  • Patient Load: 12-14 patients per day
  • EHR System: RPMS
  • Compensation: Highly competitive and based on experience
  • Licensure Requirement: ANY state license accepted!

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for providers who are:

? Passionate about rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare? Experienced in women s health and primary care? Comfortable managing patients with multiple chronic conditions? Dedicated to social medicine and health equity? Adaptable to rural living and community-focused care

Requirements:

  • Certified APP
  • Active medical license (any state)
  • Active DEA license (any state)
  • No practice gap of more than 6 months before assignment
  • COVID-19 vaccination + boosters
  • Background check and fingerprinting
