Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Chicago, Illinois. Associate in the Asset Management Division responsible for a wide range of remediation, system process analysis, and technical IT project management functions including developing strategic roadmaps for system improvements and enhancements and defining business and technology communication plans. Recommend and drive process improvements to increase system robustness and mitigate risk of disruption in client reporting and operational workflows. This includes the requirements gathering and testing of system changes. Coordinate the resolution of internal and vendor system issues that directly impact business operations and/or client interactions. Escalate identified issues, impact, and resolution to Global Shareholder Services (GSS) business areas and management to ensure that all impacted teams are informed, and the resolution is implemented. Liaise with Technology in managing production issues and process improvements. Develop, test, and maintain business continuity plan to ensure the continues operations of critical GSS functions.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronic/ Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field like Technology Management. Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have four (4) years of experience with: managing multiple I.T. projects and deadlines across global teams for digital platforms; managing technology system issues and enhancements by completing project scopes and tracking project progress using Project Management Methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) via regular meetings; conducting root cause analysis by completing research across systems to identify and resolve issues and determine requirements needed to manage enhancement; documenting and translating technical requirements and communicating them to team members and internal stakeholders; using project management skills with global teams to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines and with various stakeholders; experience with using Microsoft Office, Advance Excel and JIRA tool to manage project documentation and track project progress; and technical communication skills in both written and oral form to provide status updates and project status updates along with a road map on key initiatives planned to the senior stakeholders. Must have one (1) year of experience with: proficiency in working confluence tool to manage the project documentation.
