Job Overview
Responsible for tackling mobile quality issues from various streams including data from Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, Customer Care, B2B, and Network Performance. Mainly deal with issues after mobile product launch in the market.
Language Requirement
Proficiency speaking and writing in both English and Korean is required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for client carriers' marketing and engineering teams on market-reported issues.
- Perform stationary and field tests to reproduce issues.
- Communicate with internal R&D, carriers, and customers regarding reported market issues and follow-up.
- Track, collect, and analyze network KPI and other quality data in case of major issues.
- Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
Qualifications (Background and Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-8 years of experience in wireless industry, preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testing.
- Familiar with LTE and IMS/VoLTE Protocol.
- Knowledge of Android infrastructure.
- Familiar with Python, C++, Java.
- Experience in writing/reviewing test cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis, and establish process mapping is a plus.

- Collaborate closely with team members and departments.
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Analyze testing results and report to development team.
- Create test designs, processes, cases, and documentation.
- Conduct testing according to standards and procedures.
- Ensure testing is carried out as per standards.
- Perform software testing throughout the software life cycle.
