SyncShow is the best ROI-driven marketing agency, period. Our unique approach allows us to deliver 10X ROI on marketing spend. We are seeking an experienced B2B consultative sales representative to manage our agency's lead generation, nurture relationships, and close deals.

In this role, you will be responsible for Sales strategy execution, including leading discovery calls, identifying client pain points, and positioning SyncShow as a strategic partner. You'll also help drive new business opportunities through relationship building, networking, cold outreach, and collaborating with marketing on lead-nurturing projects.

The right person is an ambitious self-starter with the ability to build trust with company executives and managers in an effort to close business deals. This person is someone who understands and is experienced in B2B consultative sales. They should be passionate about winning new business but also know when to walk away from an opportunity that isn't a fit.

This is a mid-senior level role based in Cleveland, Ohio, and reports to our VP of Strategic Operations.

What you can expect in a Business Development Directorrole at SyncShow
  • You'll follow up on leads generated through our own marketing efforts.
  • You'll lead discovery calls, identify client pain points, and position SyncShow as a strategic partner.
  • You'll drive new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and warm lead follow-up.
  • Using HubSpot CRM, you'll own and maintain pipeline accuracy and track all sales activities.
  • Working closely with our in-house marketer, you'll build compelling, tailored proposals and statements of work that help to convert opportunities.
  • You'll follow SyncShow's sales process and focus your efforts on closing business within our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • You'll be responsible for a seamless sales-to-client-service handoff, ensuring we deliver on what was promised.

What We Expect of You

  • Comfortable communicating with C-suite executives
  • Knowledge of CRM software, or the ability to quickly learn HubSpot

To Be Considered, You'll Need the Following:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in a marketing agency, IT, or finance firm
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales and new business development
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong executive presence and ability to do more listening than talking
  • Skilled in value-based selling and navigating complex deals
  • Proficient in HubSpot or equivalent CRM platform
  • Motivated by performance incentives and collaborative growth
  • Interest in being an engaged part of a high-performing team
What You Can Expect From Us
  • We'll pay you a competitive base salary (60%) and commissions (40%) with total on-target earnings between $140,000-$150,0000.
